When you trust your pet to our care at Bangor Pet Resort & Spa, it means a lot to us. It means, quite simply, that we are responsible for the well-being of a treasured member of your family. And we take that responsibility seriously. That’s why we designed an emergency plan.
The Bangor Pet Resort & Spa Emergency Plan offers you, our valued customer, immediate care for your ailing pet and peace of mind for you. Should the need arise when your pet is our guest, we will make sure that he or she receives timely, professional veterinary care.
In the event of an emergency, Bangor Pet Resort & Spa will make every effort to take your pet to its regular family veterinarian. When that is impossible or impractical, we will take the pet to another professionally licensed veterinarian. And we will make arrangements with the clinic to bill you directly for all veterinary charges.
